Get ready you guys! Get ready for lots of romance and affection! This past weekend I photographed Gina and Eric’s engagement session at the beautiful Washington Oaks Gardens and Beach. This location is unique because you get the best of both worlds and they’re only a few yards apart! The gardens are full of big, beautiful oak trees and manicured gardens and trails, and the beach is famous for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations that line it; both are stunning and breathtaking!
In October, Gina contacted me after viewing my website and asked me if I was available to photograph their engagement session when they planned to visit in January. They were coming down from NY, which I thought was cool being that I am from NY, but then she told me where she and her fiance live, and it’s only 15 min from my hometown…what a small world! We exchanged a bunch of emails back and forth while planning the session and I couldn’t wait to meet Gina! She seemed very organized, and everything was well thought out, which is my kind of girl!
The session was amazing and Gina and Eric still have not convinced me that they don’t model professionally! Every pose, every kiss, every touch was just perfect, and they made my job ridiculously easy! I loved their outfit choices, and what I loved more is that I didn’t have to warm them up to the romance of the session; they were ready to be affectionate, romantic, and dreamy from the very beginning!
